How to book a car rental in Traveloka?
You can book a car in the following few easy steps:
Select rental City/Region, rental date, rental duration and pick up time.
Select the type of car and rental provider.
Fill in your contact details or Traveller details if you are booking for someone else.
Fill in rental details
Make sure that all the details have been filled in correctly, then select a payment method.
Once your payment is verified, you will receive an email containing your car rental e-voucher from Traveloka.
Can car booking and pick-up time be done on the same day?
Sure you can! But you need to rent a car no later than 12 hours before the pick-up time. Learn more on the car rental help page.
How do I know if I need to book a package out of town?
Find out by following these steps:
View product details.
Outside the city, tap View Zone Map.
Check if your location is included in the red area specified on the map or is included in the list of zones.
What is included in the basic rental service?
Basic rental services without extras include the use of a car within the city for up to 12 hours per day or until 23:59 as well as chauffeur services. Gasoline, toll money, tips and driver’s meal money are not included.
I can’t contact my driver, what should I do?
Open the order and directly contact the car rental company. If your driver still cannot be reached, contact Traveloka Customer Service here.
Can I reschedule my car rental booking?
Unfortunately, you cannot reschedule your car rental booking. You must contact our Customer Service to cancel your order. Then, make the order again with the date that suits your needs.
